Wes Hill, CPM, Owner, Broker Hill Properties. Wes Hill is the founder of Hill Properties and has been involved in the brokerage of over 1500 apartment units and over $100,000,000 of real estate transactions since 2000. Wes is a Certified Property Manager, which is a prestigious certification awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Managed (www.irem.org). In addition to Wes' brokerage & investment activities, Wes is currently involved with the ownership of over 500 apartment units personally.

Angela Lefkowitz, CPA, joined the Hill Properties team in 2004 as an Asset Manager and Controller. She has an excellent diversified financial background after working four years with SunGard Bi-Tech software as the assistant controller and four years as an auditor and tax accountant at Matson & Isom Accountancy Corporation, both in Chico.

Dean Hanson, Maintenance Supervisor, has managed the maintenance division of Hill Properties since 2001. Prior to working for Hill Properties, Dean was a superintendant of construction for two construction companies in the San Diego area for nearly twenty years. Dean has overseen the renovation of many homes and apartment buildings for Hill Properties since 2001, including the complete remodel of Wes Hill's personal residence in 2006.
