How do I pay rent with a check?
If you have an onsite manager:
Write a check to the name of your complex or to Hill Properties and drop off at rental office or manager unit.
If you live at a Hill Properties, main office managed property
(no onsite manager):
Write a check to Hill Properties and mail or bring it to our Main Office at:
123 W. 6th St. Ste. 130, Downtown Chico.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
Repair requests can be submitted through our tenant portal.
